Call Center Tickets 2007
@Pak™ Tickets Summary @Pak Tickets allows InfoPath 2007 users to enter Incident Tickets for routing and problem resolution. Tickets be charged against any number of User defined Projects, Tasks, Locations, Cost Accounts, etc. all maintained in the SQL database. Each ticket is assigned a distinct Reference number that can be used to track status through the life of the ticket. There are three main templates for tickets: Ticket Open, Ticket Close, and Ticket Maintenance. Each of these can have different security roles. A unique ticket number is assigned to each new incident. Tickets can be assigned to a person or group with a severity code. Tickets are time stamped when they are created and remain ‘Open’ until they are ‘Assigned’ for resolution. After assignment, the ticket can be transferred, res-assigned or ‘Resolved’. Resolved tickets are time stamped with resolution codes and resolution comments. All data are maintained in the database for further analysis.
